Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement has been concluded electronically, under the terms below, between [Company Title] ("Seller") on one side and the consumer placing the order ("Buyer") on the other.

2. Subject

The subject of the agreement concerns the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller's website maridecafepatisserie.com, whose nature and price are stated in the order summary.

3. Product and Payment

The type, quantity, sale price (VAT included) and shipping fee of the products appear in the order summary. Payment is collected by credit/debit card via the 3D Secure payment infrastructure.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered by courier to the address specified by the Buyer. Delivery time and shipping conditions are explained on the "Delivery and Return Conditions" page. Food products are sent with appropriate packaging and, where necessary, cold-chain shipping.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable food products and products prepared to individual order (Regulation, art. 15).

6. Disputes

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
