Delivery

• Orders are prepared and shipped within [X business days] after payment confirmation.

Returns and Withdrawal

• Since food products are perishable, there is no right of withdrawal/return for these products under the legislation (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15).
• If the product is delivered incorrect, defective or damaged, notify [contact e-mail] with photos within [X days] following the day of receipt; the product will be replaced free of charge or refunded.
